Effective July 1 2011, Import containers are now $140.00 per day after free time expires plus bare chassis $50.00 per day, Export containers now $100.00 per day plus bare chassis $25.00

SPECIAL NOTE: Charges are not appicable under Carriers Haulage!!!!
These are for every calander day even weekend when it is not possiable to return equipment.

The split return rate of pay will remain the same $50.00 and be ready to wait maybe 60-90 days to receive payment.

I am not in agreement with this rate I feel that it is an unfair business practice (violation of SB45). Can the UIIA help us with a "IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
